The Process

The Search Process

In all searches, there are five stages.

First is the investigative stage. 
This is the stage during which we gather enough information from you, our client, so that we understand your business, what you want the new employee to accomplish, and the unique set of experience, skills, and abilities desired.  This takes considerable time and thought in the development and refinement of the profile preferred.
 
Second is the active search for candidate stage. 
1.  Identification of where the candidates will come from.
2.  Identification of who the top 10% are.
3.  Cold contacts to the top 10%.

4.  Narrowing the list to a small group (3 to 5) of finalists.

5.  Selling the candidate on interviewing for the position.

Third is the presentation of finalists stage.
We will present several well-screened, highly competent candidates to you.
 
Fourth is the interview/analysis stage.
The interviewing and assessment of the "fit" begins.  Additional interviews with additional members of your team will proceed within a reasonable time frame.

Fifth is the Offer/Negotiation stage.
