SERVICE CHARGE AGREEMENT

(Retainer)

This assures your company a minimum of  5 well-qualified candidates.  One third of the service charge is due as a retainer to initiate the search.  The two-thirds balance of the service charge is on a contingency basis and is payable only if a candidate is employed directly or indirectly through our referral.  This balance is due and payable at the conclusion of the search. 

We identify, attract and refer high quality candidates who are otherwise not available to your company.  A service charge is payable in full for any candidate who is hired as a result of our referral to your organization.

We will not discriminate in the referral of any candidates on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, natural origin, Vietnam veteran status, handicap, disability, or age.

While we are under contract to your organization, we consider ourselves to be an extension of your company and will adhere to the strictest principles of confidentiality.  Likewise, we expect that every referral and discussion of potential referrals to your organization will be held in utmost confidence.
