We will directly recruit the best employees of your competitors for you. We will identify the best and contact them (these are people who are not looking for a job and are currently happy). We will present your opportunity to them, and convince them to interview with your company. These people differ from those under-qualified, unemployed, under-performers who are available in abundance on the Internet.

B. Extensive Personal Relationships
As a result of conducting retained and contingency searches for over 15 years, we have developed confidential relationships with a large number of Healthcare and Information Technology vendor professionals.  We know what they have accomplished, where they want to go, and what they want to do.

C. We offer Confidential Counsel to candidates who are considering a career change.
People who are currently employed cannot risk submitting their resume to one of the "big job sites" because there is no absolute assurance that their resume will not be made available to their own employer.   And it does happen!  

Most of our clients realize that candidates who post their resumes on the "big boards" are mostly unemployed, underqualified, underachievers.  Is this where you will find your next superstar?  We don't think so.

We have no “posting of resumes” nor “paid access to our database,” so the information we have on candidates is secure, and our personal interaction with candidates assures this.
